Terrific Hosts!
“Walter and Heidi were terrific hosts. The breakfasts were great (both days we were there) no need for lunch. Great views. Close to everything. Walter gave good recommendations for hiking (we did the Nymph park trail) and local wineries (we did 3). We would certainly recommend their B and B and we be back ourselves soon.”

Wonderful Place, Wonderful People, Wonderful Time
”We recently stayed at this wonderful example of a secret hideaway for 6 nights and highly recommend this B&B!

Situated directly on the bay, close to Seal Bay Nature Park and just 15 minutes driving from Comox, downtown Courtenay and Campbell River, this gem is operated by Walter and Haideh. We occupied 2 of the 3 rooms in the B&B together with our daughter. We had planned to do more local sightseeing, even though we had already travelled the island extensively. But we could hardly get away because we enjoyed chilling in the beautiful garden, overlooking the ocean and the islands and mainland across the sound so much! And we fell in love with Pocos, their Flat Coated Retriever with his own wall full of prizes. Beautiful and very well trained, a rare combination!

Breakfast in the morning, served by Haideh was truly an experience we will remember for a long time, Especially guessing the secret ingredients of the jujice…different every day. Prepared with the same careful attention as the decoration of the rooms and the meticolous garden it all added up to a what we felt was the prime example of what a perfect B&B should look and feel like.

What a Great Get-away!
“Had the good fortune to stay at Belle Vue in a beautiful room that overlooked the ocean. Fantastic B&B on a secluded bay. Lay in bed Sunday morning watching the sea lions out in the bay and the birds in the yard. Got up to a fabulous breakfast served by our wonderful, talented hosts. A very decadent start to the day! Walter and Haideh had great recommendations on nearby pubs and hiking trails. Already planning a trip back for storm watching season or to sit in the hot tub and look at the stars!”

“Thankfully, this great little B and B had been selected for us. It is a really lovely property and despite being the end of the season, our hosts Walter and Heideh, made us feel as welcome as all the other guests that had enjoyed their hospitality.

We had Gabi’s Suite which is a huge room with luxury bathroom and small self catering area. Walter and Heideh had thought of everything that a traveler would need and Walter’s meal suggestions were perfect for us.

Although the setting, view and accommodation of the Belle View are wonderful, the true stars of the constellation are Walter and Heideh – not forgetting Poco, the Flat Coat Retriever. They are a lovely couple to whom, we really warmed. We bonded over a delicious breakfast and despite our stay being very brief, we left as friends.

Visit this lovely home and you will not be disappointed- thank you Walter and Heideh!”

“We just completed a one-day stay at the Belle Vue B&B.
It was a truly delightful experience. From the lovely and massive Gabi’s room with its oh-so-comfortable bed, the fabulous view and the big soaker tub to the warm welcome from Haideh and Walter to the delectable breakfast, the Belle Vue doesn’t miss a note. And two of the best behaved and friendly dogs you have ever met.
And what a lovely home they have!
This B&B richly deserves the #1 ranking it holds with TA and it is, bar none, our new go-to spot when we have occasion to be in the Comox/Courtenay area.”
